Biography

B Sc. (Natural Resource Conservation) – University of British Columbia

Research Interests

My research interests broadly include watershed management, land cover change, estuarine and marine conservation. More specifically, I am interested in using remote sensing data to categorize water quality in aquatic environments. My hope is to be able to use such techniques to monitor the health of various systems on a continual basis, while simultaneously using this technology to assess the impact of proposed industrial activities.

Currently, I am working in collaboration with the Tsleil Waututh nation on creating a historical reconstruction of forestry operations in and around the Burrard Inlet.
